Transportation Service to the Airport You have 15 minutes free waiting time. After 15 minutes waiting time, you will be charged for each 15 minutes. Our company is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle. The Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $250.00. Smoking is not permitted and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity   Airport Pickup Domestic airport arrivals have 40 minutes to pick up luggage and meet the driver (1 hour for international flights). Should luggage be lost please contact us immediately. If any passenger needs more than 40 domestic/ 60 international minutes to pick up luggage, please account for that at the time of booking your reservation to avoid any additional charges. After 40/60 minutes wait time, if contact has not been made, reservation will be considered a no show. Passengers need to have their cell phones turned on upon arrival.Holly wood limo is not responsible if the passenger is not reachable after arrival. Please be certain all flight, contact and reservation information provided to us is accurate, we are not responsible if the arrival information provided to us is incorrect. Should a delay occur after departure, we do track every client’s arrival time as his or her flight progresses. For missed flights or delays, please contact us immediately to reschedule. Should we be notified in an unreasonably short amount of time prior to the reservation it will be considered a no show and the full amount will be charged Not responsible for delays or trip termination caused by unsafe weather/road conditions, the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter, company’s liability is limited to future trip credit at a mutually agreed date.   • Reservations Require a major credit card
  • All deposits are NON refundable
  • All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation.
  • Full amount will be charged, if reservation cancelled in less than 24 hours before its start date & time.
  • Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the reservation request.
  • Smoking and Alcohol is not permitted in a Vehicle
  • A client is responsible for his/her guests for any damage to the interior and equipment’s of the vehicle.
  • Sanitation fee is up to $500.00
  • Holly wood limo reserves the right to expel any person from its vehicle and /or terminate this contract in the event of violation of any of the conditions by any passenger. In the event of such termination no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded
  • holly wood limo shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdowns, incorrect pickup and drop off information and any situation beyond our control
  • In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable; the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect
  • In rare occasions Holly wood limo may need to substitute the vehicle, or the color of the vehicle booked. The substitute vehicle will be in the same or higher class.

  Limousine Rental Agreement

  • Reservations require a major credit card
  • Reservations are finalized upon receipt of a signed agreement
  • All deposits are NON refundable
  • All cancellations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation.
  • Full amount will be charged, if reservation cancelled in less than 24 hours before its start date & time.
  • Smoking is not permitted in a Holly wood limo Vehicle
  • Possession, sale or consumption of any type of narcotics or illegal drugs by a client or any member of the client’s group, while in a Holly wood limo vehicle, will result in an immediate termination of contract and services and forfeiture of all paid deposits and fees
  • A client is responsible for his/her guests for any damage to the interior and equipment’s of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to:
  • Gum, wine or beverage spillage- minimum fees: $50.00
  • Vomiting – minimum fees: $ 250.00
  • Breakage of drinking glasses – minimum fee $20.00
  • Breakage of lights or electric and electronic equipment – minimum fee:  $250.00
  • Passengers may bring personal CDs, USB drivers    and other personal items. Holly wood limo doesn’t take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

  Cancelation Policy Cancelations must be made a minimum of 24 hours prior to the reservation. If the confirmed reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the pickup time; you will be responsible for full trip fare. For any question please contact as at 888.520.0220
